OUJDA - SAIDIA region - the pearl of the Mediterranean.

Oujda and Saidia are two complementary cities. The Blue Pearl of Morocco, Saidia welcomes you in its state-of-the-art hotel facilities, that are both comfortable and environmentally friendly.

While Saidia boasts about the soft atmosphere of its Mediterranean, Oujda hides treasures of history!

Oujda is a city in northeast Morocco, near the Algerian border. It’s known for its Great Mosque, built in the late 13th century, with intricate carved wood and mosaic tiling. The mosque is in the old town, or medina, behind ramparts and the imposing Sidi Abdelouahab gate. Numerous shops and souks sell fruit, spices, jewellery and traditional clothing. The Art Gallery of Oujda shows modern and traditional Eastern art.

Oujda reveals the richness of its long history. From the medina and its monumental gates to a cultural journey inside Sebti palace, to Lalla Aicha park which is a small haven of freshness inside the city.

The city has a long-standing history that blends seamlessly with modern culture. Going there is like walking in front of an ancient city, it's like strolling streets with a thousand-year-old history. In the medina, you’ll discover the "old Morocco". The walled district takes you to a journey through time.

Oujda is an absolute open-air museum. The Sebti Palace symbolizes the cultural centre of the city. Receptions, exhibitions, all kinds of celebrations, music, painting, and arts, create a lovely atmosphere there.

Saidia, known as the "Blue Pearl", is a coastal town in northeastern Morocco. It is located in the Berkane Province in the north of Beni Znassen region, lying in the adjacent metropolitan area of Berkane itself, along the Mediterranean Sea to the north and Moroccan-Algerian border to the east.

Saidia symbolizes Morocco of blue and warm waters. Don’t miss out the opportunity to admire the splendid nature of the region. Take a stroll in the city, visit the architectural heritage and long-standing medina in Oujda.

With an impressive 14 kilometres of lovely white golden sandy beach and a generous sun shining all year round, the seaside resort of Saidia is an inevitable haven. At the water's edge or nearby, many activities are available including water sports and golfing. In the evening, the marina is the perfect spot to taste the delights of the region.
